Introducing the David A. Rock Fellowship for Humanitarian Engineering
EWB-USA is excited to launch the David A. Rock Fellowship for Humanitarian Engineering: a 9-week, culturally immersive learning experience that offers early-career professionals the opportunity to deepen their understanding of international development and humanitarian engineering.
If you're drawn to community-centered development and want to learn alongside our in-country partners, this fellowship was built for you. This is a 9-week fellowship placement with a living stipend, including programmatic training in Denver, CO, 7 weeks of in-country fieldwork in either Ecuador or Uganda, culminating at the 2027 EWB-USA National Conference in St. Louis, MO.
Applications are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis through October 23, 2026.
